Vegan catering at home, outdoors or in an auditorium, we are happy to provide a delicious menu at your event. We can rustle up tasty treats for book readings, birthdays, creative and community events. We are also available to create shopping lists & diet plans to reinvigorate you daily routine. Ital Pizza Day in Battersea

We enjoyed an afternoon creating plant-based pizzas that utilize the herb garden. All you need is the tastiest seasonal vegetables, some whole grain flours (we used light rye and Kamut), organic yeast and a dream. (no cheese in sight!)

Kwame Kwei-Armah Event

We regularly sponsor Project Noir events with food from our vegan repertoire. On discovering special guest and artistic director of the Young Vic, Kwame, has been vegan for 1 year, we decided to get involved. We created a tasting menu of Plantain Ceviche, Dilly Dally Sally and Ital Frittatas. Plantain Ceviche: Keeping it real and raw, this dish marries raw plantain slices with a zesty, spicy marinade. Who said plantain need fe be fried! Dilly Dally Sally: This zingy salad will dilly dally on your tastebuds. Pairing homegrown lettuce from the #urbangarden with aniseed fennel. The sweet wasabi & dill dressing comes with a hint of citrus sunshine. Ital Frittata: A gluten free, chickpea based delight. Herbs, spice & everyting nice. Includes sea moss. We added a lickle chilli from the garden to put some fire in the belly too.

June Sarpong’s Book Reading + Q&A

We cater for any occasion. We were thrilled to be approached for a special launch & reading of June Sarpong’s new book Diversify. The menu included baigan choka (smokey aubergine) and sundried tomato vol au vents, plus some famous electric salads. And because we all occasionally need a sweet treat spiced rum banana bread and orange shortbread biscuits. The piece de resistance? Some handmade vegan chocolates, with added Sea Moss rich minerals.
